I would just like to add that it seems a couple little things were missed in hardware. It has a dedicated camera button that none of the one series have. The battery is 200mah larger than anything currently out in the one series. Oh and the deal maker imo is that this device supports SD cards while the rest of the one series does not.

Good to know. I also have an EVO4G and am on my 2nd battery…which is why I’m concerned – but so far, this phone seems like it’d fit my needs better than the Samsung Galaxy SIII

I’m an OG EVO4G owner since launch day and have my pre-order in for the new device. My EVO is still using the same factory battery that came with it, with no noticeable decline in performance. I get about a day out of one charge with moderate use in an area with pretty strong coverage. Apparently, this is what I can expect with the new device, so I am not worried.

The scores were lower because the screen resolution was 1280×720. The other HTC one phone that was tested with the S4 chip only had 960×540 meaning less pixels to push around so it would get you higher scores in benchmarks and such. Its still pretty impressive what 28nm technology can achieve in performance. HTC is heading the right way with this HTC one lineup.

I have an EVO 3d also and will be getting the new EVO when it launches. I would like to know how is the speaker quality of the EVO LTE? I hope it is much louder than the EVO 3D since I always use my cell phone when I need navigation….

I wonder what the battery percentage was at when you ran your tests. Maybe the processor was running at a lower clock speed to conserve power.

The Benchmark score are strangely low though. Quadrant should be around 5000 and Antutu over 10000. Why is this one so slow?
