They don’t know if the phones infringe on the patent they’ll presumably test them to make sure then release them. Apple didn’t have this phone specifically in mind this it’s just the first to be subject to the ruling. This is also the first shot fired in a long war HTC Motorola Samsung Microsoft and apple are all involved in these patent lawsuits.

AT&T makes more money on Android phones than they do iPhones. Perhaps ALL carriers should drop iPhone until Apple opts to be civilized and drop this B.S. The carriers are losing money by this mess too, not just the users. Best Buy, Walmart and other retailers should tell Apple to take all of the iStock out of the stores including the pads music players.

i just bought an HTC one X and i love the phone. just hold tight i have heard the Evo 4g LTE is amazing. you will get the phone you want just hold out till this stupid apple shit is done…

i totally agree why block competition if you think you have the most ‘innovative’ technology. O wait sorry your jumping board on the 4 inch screen a year and half late sorry HTC, Samsung already have patents on 4 inch screens…… LETS SEE WHAT YOU GOT APPLE

I can’t stand this. I am waiting for the Evo 4g LTE and Apple is just, extremely frustrating. A custom version of the phone was going to be released in order to not infringe the patent. And yet, apple still has to hold it all back and cause trouble. I never really liked Apple in the first place, but every day this continues to go on without a release date, I will continue to dislike them more and more. I mean, i couldve had my phone today. Its so frustrating.

I hate this, thanks Apple. What I do not understand is, how does Apple know that the new EVO has the 2 script programs on the phone? Apple being a real dick with the new CEO. I can’t see this helping Apple image.
