I had it for a week sorry to say its going back 14 day cooling off period..

exchanged for galaxy s 2..

but its much better phone than boring Ipnone 4 and there sheep owners..

Hope HTC spend more time perfecting it.

Battery big problem–under sunlight screen is not good enough–Dropping calls in middle of london

It is a totally useless phone, I have been using it for four weeks now. Lots of issues. The phone restarts on its own for no reason, if left idle the phone shuts down on its own and has to be restarted by taking the battery out.
HTC service also sucks big time.
I have wasted mine, please do not waste your money on this.

Hi, I am having trouble while using desire hd gtalk.When I receive a text, most of the time i cant read it because part of the text is hidden behind the profile pic. Is there anything can I do about to get rid of this problem? Anyone having same problem?

the volume, the voice is very bad,, many times i didnt hear it when its ringing or talking.. and its not fast phone as i been waiting.
i think the Samsung 9000 s is better even i dont have it just my friend have,

wen i was lookin for aa new phone this review convinced me to get desire hd and i did thanks i love it and it speed a great phone verry few complants about it, and batrey life is better dat i taught it was goin to b over all i love this phone

I recently bought this phone (HTC Desire HD). It has some serious design problems…. even though it has a big screen it has a very small font which can not be adjusted for the menu screen , SMS and many other applications. It is very difficult to read Text Messages unless you have very good vision. Having a big screen and very small non-adjustable font is utterly stupid of HTC. They obviously do not plan to sell it to people over 40. A 2nd very serious problem is the max possible volume of the phone is way to low making the speaker difficult to hear except in quiet situations.

I think you’re mistaken, here. It is Tomtom – rather than Route66 – that provides the map material and core GPS functionalities to HTC:

Being a happy Desire user, I wonder why HTC left the trackball out on the HD.
Don’t know about others, but I find it very useful to precisely position the cursor, something I really miss on my wife’s Galaxy S.
