This machine (Z220 SFF) powers its SATA-devices trough connectors on board. 
This would be similar to the Fujitsu MB 3062-A which is powered by a Fortron FSP 250-30PFJ (12V only); to be exact it means 12V main rails plus 11V auxilary.]]></description>
