This unit fits the bill for businesses that want their employees to be productive with a fully functioning mini notebook PC rather than a toy tablet that is more suited to playing angry birds and watching Netflix than it is for running full featured office productivity software.

Tablets are the fad and windows based netbooks will dominate in the near future. The key word here is MANAGEMENT and SECURITY. You can manage a windows based PC on your corporate network. You can't do that with an iPad or Android based device. The more functionality people want from tablets, the more and more they become like regular computers with the same demanding hardware/software requirements.

I'm still looking for a device that's like this, but with a touchscreen and swiveling screen to allow it to work in either tablet or netbook mode, also having all the sensors that phones and tablets come with today.
Lenovo had a full-fledged, high-power 14" or 15" laptop kinda-sorta-but-not-all-that a few years ago, but that was $2K+ at the time.
I'd like to see something like this Mini, with those features, at a $600 price point, if this in a form like this is $400.
They don't exist, though.

My girlfriend got something like this a few months back. Pure crap!!!
Best Buy bloat ware all in it. Trying to click away windows just had the effing window return over and over again. Then the f**** thing got stuck and we couldn't alt+ctrl+delete for sh**!!!
Resolution was horrendous!!! Those netbooks are throw away gadgets. It is nothing but a gimmick to get money into the hands of MS who then kicks back money to HP. Totally not worth it.
My girl got an 11 inch MBA. Took it out the box and she was off and running in less than ten minutes.
We never looked back.
