And the Kias just look like 2008 Imprezas. First Kia jacks the aesthetic, then Ford and now Honda. Weak.

I like the Kia look, with reliable Japanese ergo/design. i miss driving my ’88 civic. I hope the type-R will look more aggressive.

That’s what they call a redesign? Sadly it looks more than ever like a Saturn (and no, that was not a compliment). I’d much rather drive a Sentra (more high end fit and feel) or a Hyundai Elantra, which is just a nicer car all around. Honda has truly lost its way from a design point of view.

IT looks like a baby 2003 accord. I don’t think this is what the civic should be. the 93-00 civic was the best. Small, well built with value features for a reasonable price. They also had a ton of interchangeable parts with other Honda and Acura cars to have a very large aftermarket segment.
