"honest money"? sitting around doing nothing, or just wandering around begging, with a hotspot in there stolen shopping cart, sounds like real hard honest work. They need to step up and get a job, there are thousands of organizations that offer work for homeless people, most times they are just to lazy, or high to utilize these. They need to stop taking handouts and help themselves. I know all homeless people don't have the means to do so, but the vast majority are just lazy.

The people who complain about this project are also the ones that would never give a homeless person a chance to better themselves. Not only does the project give them a chance to earn some honest money but it also gives them the opportunity to network with those who will use the sevices & perhaps open the doors to more opportunities.
