After spending an hour the phone with paypal to activate my card, they had no clue what i was talking about. I was able to it on my own online. Tried using in two different stores doesn’t work. Big waste of time!

Interesting. Probably should be more than 4 digits for the passcode, but it’s good that it’s not stored on the card.

Ok, so privacy ramifications. Does Home Depot get your cell number? Relevant since you have to enter it. Does Home Depot get your email address? Relevant because your PayPal account is linked to it. If yes for either one of those, are you essentially signing up for advertising?
