HMB TEC offers a laser pointer, fan, and other accessories for the iPhone

In a few more weeks it will be hot enough to melt your iPad here in Texas and we that live here will be looking for anything we can find to keep cool. A company called HMB TEC has unveiled new and strange accessories for the iPhone that included a fan, laser pointer, and several other items.

The devices plug into the 3.5mm headphone port on the iPhone and apparently interface with apps from the company. Other than the fan and laser pointer, there is a thermometer, heart monitor, remote control, mic, and a stethoscope.

Apparently, the products are real and not some trick or vaporware offering. There are YouTube videos online showing them off. The devices sell for £12 to £60 and the required apps cost in the 59p to £3.50 range.
