I have been wearing a Suunto Core for the last couple years or so but it doesn’t have a data/charging cable connector but runs for 1+ year on a regular battery.

On topic: this is pretty slick indeed. The magnetic connectors were the only detail I really liked on the Surface and I’m happy they are used more widely.

It was a USB cable with a magnetic connector to attach to the watch.
