HD Holographic Screen on eBay

On a trip to London a couple of years ago some friends and I went to the British Museum.  Unfortunately we only got as far as the foyer and the gift-shop, as there was a sudden bomb threat and we were all ushered outside into the wet weather.  Still, while we were there we had the chance to admire the rear-projection TV screens that list the current exhibits, each a pane of glass suspended in the room's corners.  Now, thanks to eBay, I could have one of my own... only time has moved on and this one is HD and holographic.

Already having been available in a strictly limited series at top-whack gear shack Harrods, albeit in a 40-inch version that retailed at £15,000 ($28,437), this is an 80-inch version using a High Definition projector and specially cut glass-mounted screen creating an image that appears to float in mid-air.  One of a hundred, manufacturers UberCoolHome will even custom etch the glass for the auction winner; retail they'll sell for £14,995 ($28,427) but the auction (which ends in six days and currently has no bids) starts at £5,500 ($10,427).
