The fashion for strange, almost unreadable watches continues with Erich Lacher’s ABACUS – normally the handless face is playground to a tiny ball bearing that rolls around as you move your arm, but hold it horizontal and still for long enough and magnets underneath will drag the ball to indicate the correct time.

A number of designs are available, although the common theme is that you’d have to be patient to use each.  They’re on sale now for €108.40 ($152.77).

    Holy cow, but DANG that would be a cool watch! I would possibly get one just to show off how it works, it would be an unbelievable site to see it in action more than likely.
