Your opinion is a valid one, but I can’t help but feel bad for devs in situations like this, outside the franchise fan base most gamers see little progress, but within the fan base even the slightest changes seems to offend so many. It’s an awkward situation to say the least.

I am glad that others appreciate and like the game. If it didn’t appeal to people it wouldn’t be as successful as it is.

   It is just a flop to me. In my opinion it has not grown or changed that much as the series has progressed. The graphics have just improved and they threw in some online stuff, But this is my opinion and I am glad that you get the enjoyment out of it that you do.

I have several friends that love the franchise, they have even come to my house and played together there and socialized a number of times. But, I never got hooked, for me it is a perfect example of how modern gaming has stumbled and dropped the ball, instead of innovating the way it needs to.

Halo is at first glance, like any other shooters, but like any franchise that has grown to its size there is a reason for its popularity. For those who have invested time into the mechanics and online community a new world becomes available. Whether that means jumping into a quick game of Grifball with your bro or hanging out in the twitch chat with Naded. Just because the magic has not struck with you does not mean it hasn’t for others. I’m not telling you to like Halo, or play it, merely that this product has demand, and each iteration, to one familiar with the internal mechanics, is massively different and appealing. 

BTW remake of FF7 would be glorious!

This cash cow is getting old and tired of raking in the beef. I thought they said they were done with Halo when they made the last one, isn’t that what they said?

     Sorry folks, I haven’t ever been a big fan of Halo, they always seem over-hyped and under-developed.  Get in, shoot everything that inevitably jumps out at you at every turn, save all that is righteous in the universe and get out why the going’s good.

    Then get online so people you have never met can talk loads of smack to you about a glutony of things they feel you should go do with yourself and/or others, and do it all over again, except this time without any kind of discernible story line.

Can we get a remake of Final Fantasy 7 already!! Come on, who wants to aquire the licensing rights for FF7?. Hopefully a company that has the the gusto to take the bull by the balls and get it done right?!
