Its a serious pain. Making digital content is incredibly difficult and I find it reasonable that you must buy a special version. Also take into account that if halo DLCs cost about 20$ (they almost always do), by buying this, you are saving 20$ (if you were to buy the dlcs and the gmae). I do however find it frustrating that the legendary edition does not come with all the skins. A 100$ item should come with all 4 skins, not just 1. It would also be nice if 343 would show a pic or give a name to the skin you will get for this edition.

Extra multiplayer maps? Unlockable specializations before anyone else? Digitally exclusive stuff?

Shouldn’t these be for everyone who buys the game, and the extras be like real collectibles? I find it really bad that digital content that was made effortlessly/as a by-product (extra avatar thingies, etc) is what makes this a Collector’s Ed.
