Scion C-HR Concept gallery

Scion's take on the CUV may be more Blade Runner than road-ready, but it's a relief to see the youth-focused Toyota subbrand stretching its styling legs. Sitting high on 21-inch wheels, but with a low roofline and hidden rear doors, the C-HR Concept actually uses a real platform despite the prototype looks.

That's Toyota's New Global Architecture (TNGA), a new system intended for use across a number of cars from the marque. It has a lower center of gravity and is stiffer than Toyota's older platforms, which Scion says should allow the C-HR Concept to ride better.
