Microsoft is delivering its first notebook, a spin-off of the Surface tablet. The Microsoft Surface Book has a 13.5-inch PixelSense display with 6 million pixels, along with the full keyboard hardcore laptop users demand.

That has best-in-class key stroke and backlit keys. The hinge, meanwhile, is an unusual multi-section design, and inside there's an NVIDIA GPU and up to 12hr battery life.
