You may be wondering what NASCAR has to do with Guitar Hero, well to be honest, I have no idea. However, for some bizarre reason, Activision’s Guitar Hero Aerosmith is sponsoring a NASCAR. My very best guess is that creepy hillbillies have a thing for Aerosmith.
Now, I apologize to those of you that are NASCAR fans and happen to be perfectly sane, but I live in Indiana. We see the completely nuts NASCAR fans here, the ones that typically have a beer gut and look like they haven’t bathed in a week. If you see a house with a NASCAR mailbox or flag, you get away quickly and whatever you do, don’t make eye contact.
Frankly, I didn’t have much respect left for Guitar Hero, with their recent Rock Band rip off. On top of it, Guitar Hero Aerosmith doesn’t look like it’s going to be a stellar game if their video advertisement is any indication.

You’re an idiot, Aerosmith has a long history with NASCAR, this isn’t the first time they have been featured on a car. It’s called “marketing” get a clue.

Agree with Ridley, you’re an idiot. I am a 30-something, with 2.5 kids, a subaru, with a house in the burbs. I have an XBOX 360 and I love NASCAR. I don’t even live in the south. As I watched the race on Sunday, I loved seeing that GH paint job.
What next? Going to make fun of handicapped people and mentally challenged people next?
