I always thought that the popular version of Ballroom Blitz was done by Sweet and Radar Love was by Golden Earing… Guess I’m stuck in the 70’s or something :)
Actually you are right about radar love, it was done by golden earing as for ballroom blitz, I only remember it from Wayne’s World when Tia Carrera’s band was playing it. Party On!!
Yeah, Ballroom Blitz was originally done by Sweet and Radar Love was originally done by Golden Earring but in Los Angeles on KNAC (the most popular metal station in the 80’s) Krokus and White Lion covered the songs and had modest popularity with their versions. I think maybe it was a lot cheaper to license the covers than the original songs. Too bad, although I do like the Krokus version almost as much as the original.
I agree, they were much better when done by Sweet and Golden Earring. Personally, I couldn’t stand White Lion’s cover of Radar Love, I thought they botched it. The good thing is that neither of those tracks is a master track. I’m hoping their cover band does a better job.
I reall would like if they put more than words bye extreme in the game
are they goin to make a classic rock version bc they need to.
I can’t believe they don’t have Journey! ;oP
Dude Kennedys is on here some real punk finally i mean they completly forget that whole chunk of the 80’s haha MTV SUCKS!!!
No Bon Jovi????? :(
wat the heck. theres barely any good songs. wheres ac/dc? great white? def leppard? bon jovi? joan jett? queen? this is not very good 80’s
We just bought this….big disappointment. I’m an 80’s baby and the songs on hear are not representative of the decade… =(
they need to put led zepplin ac/dc pink floyd and more classic rock on guitar hero 4
Ugh… It’s so unfair that this game is just for the PS2… why can’t they make one for the 360? And also, doesn’t Sweet do Ballroom Blitz?
