Every rumor I’ve heard says this has a 5MP camera. I would hope this is exactly that, a rumor. Can’t be a ‘hero’ phone with an out-of-date camera right out of the box. And 4.65″? Really? Isn’t that what tablets and netbooks are for? This is getting out of hand.

I don’t agree with that portion either. Samsung will come out with one single powerhouse – Nexus Prime. Agreed.

i dont think this information is accurate, nor does it make sense. HTC will have the Vigor, Moto just releases the Bionic. There’s no way Samsung is releasing a Nexus phone AND a rebagded Galaxay DROID phone. This isn’t logical IMO. I believe it is still one super phone. Nexus Prime.

well, because its a (VANILLA ANDROID GOOGLE NEXUS PHONE!) that shouldn’t be an issue. Updates are Google’s responsibility for these phones.

At the same time Samsung does not have the best of reputations of keeping there devices on the latest software updates and firmware updates. With them you may just buy a nice paper weight.

HTC – used – to make great hardware. They have fallen hard these last 6 months or so.

Samsung is the only clear choice for the next Nexus.

I personally would of liked HTC to do the next Nexus, they make great hardware. But the 8.8mm metal chassis from Samsung sound intriguing.
