I often have to send a lot of e-mails to groups of people that in return spawn a series of side-conversations, all with the same e-mail title but with different individuals.  In this case, I end up with one entry lumping everything together, which for me just does not work.  Most of the time it is OK, but the times when it is not make it reason enough for me to disable it.]]></description>

Conversation view is NOT one of the reasons that Gmail became so widely adopted, it was mainly due to the large storage amounts and the fact it had the Google name when they were &quot;fasionable&quot;. I moved to Gmail when it was first released which was a long time before conversation view ruined it. I can now go back to using my old Gmail account as they have finaly seen sence and given us an option instead of trying to force their retarded ways on us.]]></description>
