Got mine and haven’t seen any other changes other then the browser being slightly faster then I remember. I use my XOOM Tablet as my remote so I am one happy minority.

Google TV would be a lot better if they got a bunch of users together and got some feedback about all the stuff that SUCKS about Google TV. Most of this can be fixed with simple software changes.

were do u update ur google tv? .they need to fix the gaming console lagg and add light up buttons for the remote cuz its useless in the dark!!!! what a flaw…. lol :/

use a wireless keyboard and mouse. Just plug in the usb transceiver on the tv. It works well. We use a Logitech K350, but I would imagine most wireless devices will work fine.

Well I got the update on my Sony Google TV box but none of the movies will play in 3D anyways even though my Vizion 3D TV will play just fine with other 3D devices. The disc player app doesn’t even have any settings for 3D. Makes me wonder if the update wasn’t proprietary for Sony TVs only… heh… I got excited about nothing. *yawn*

I am replacing a Samsung DVD player that has the following buttons on it
and I want a 3D Blu Ray player that has the same buttons actually ON
THE UNIT, not just the remote.

Mine’s updating as we speak. I’m still torn on it, I bought mine since it was the same cost as a non-Google TV, but Sony’s remote sucks as a TV remote, the numbers on it’s mini keyboard are way too hard to use without seeing.
