The only thing more despicable than doing something like this is when
Google buys a technology that people love, then, completely can’s it
(something they seem to do regularly these days). I guess this is more
or less doing the same thing.

I want Google to dominate the market and make as money as possible. Doing well is doing good. I want Google and Apple to use law to make justice fall in their favor and exploit every single cent they can from every single person on earth who has a cent to throw Google’s way. Google needs all the help they can get as they are addicted to cents.

Terrible loss. Alternatives to Google Reader seem either far too graphic-oriented to be efficient for the volume of sources I track (1,000+ articles/month), or not cross-platform between PC and iPad / other tablets.
