Yeah,… No it wouldn’t my kids. I have to keep my password secret and forget it from their phones each time.

I don’t want them on YouTube. YouTube is an app separate from the browser.

Net nanny apps have always been a joke… Lazy parenting.. Due diligence, constant monitoring, etc.. That’s what it takes.

Like I said above, they likely don’t give a rats ass. This is about maintaining their deals with the labels. If they don’t go after them, they are in violation via their api.

I agree. Google music is awesome. I just wish the labels weren’t the greediest jerks on the planet. They are what is holding up it’s global expansion, I’m sure of it.

You can still get it. I am in Canada and I just spoof my IP.

I don’t think google actually cares. They have to do this to avoid being in violation with their agreements with the labels.

Google should hurry up and improve their MP3 store and open up to other countries. Napster is a pain with DRM, I am NOT using itunes, zune only works with its devices and also has DRM, so what am I left with?

Google is just trying to get the extra advertising money away from YouTube-MP3. Just get a plug in for your browser (or a seperate program). They cannot EVER stop you from ripping the audio from videos – it is not even possible for them to stop it. They can barely slow it down.

Tube god Is a great downloader for android… Essential tool for loading vids on my boys’ mini tablets (retired droid x’s) so I can keep them offline.

I use YouTube downloader plugin for Firefox as well.

On ios, there’s foxtube with merely “caches” the vids (read, download.)
