They may integrate Skype in their software products for enterprise environment (example Outlook) and provide better value for the customers. They did not have a lot of success with their Office Communication server and Skype may provide better solutions.  Google may prefer to add VoIP in addition to their cloud services and that is something different.The language of these high level conversation between Skype and Google seems to be very low. Skype is still the most popular service for voice/video communication via Internet and no other brand name may compete with them. ]]></description>
