Should be a big spec, but doubt it will be anything like – Whats the point leading the pack when everyone like to follow. (As commented!)

I’m thinking of a similar form factor (if not more or less the same) to the Nexus One, with hugely upgraded internals. If you think back to the devices around at the time of the Nexus One’s launch, you could probably extrapolate out to a 1280×800 3.7″ screen, 1024MB of RAM, 2GB (more likely 4, 8 or even 16GB) or more of internal storage, and obviously a generation-ahead SoC with a decent GPU this time…
