Too many companies are settling in to the “good enough” spec for their tablets, particularly the 7 inchers. It’s stagnating the market and just setting themselves up to be blown away by an Apple offering. Nothing this year (so far) is demonstrably better than what HTC put out a year ago in the HTC Flyer (except maybe in size/weight).

won’t buy it if it doesn’t have a front facing camera for conferencing/hang outs. didn’t by the fire for that reason and I’d facepalm if Google released a tablet that couldn’t fully use Google+…but then maybe they plan on trashing Google+… but I use hangouts a lot.

I’ve been waiting months to pick up the 370T only to hear that Google is blocking it, cutting the balls off of it, and continually pushing back its release date…

I was very interested in the 370t as it was, but if they are going to strip it down so that it is simply another tablet that has already been done by others and out on the market already just at a lower price tag, then I’m not interested. I was very willing to pay $250.00 for the 370t that was spec’d as is. But I won’t get this stripped down piece of junk just because it’s cheaper!

I think Google is being blinded by the success of the Amazon Fire. People will pay the $250 to get something with better specs and versatility than the Amazon Fire. I held off from getting the Fire because of this rumor and the 370T because it was only $50 more.

I don’t think people really care if it is priced at $199. People would buy the nexus tablet at $249 with great specs that would allow them to gain profit and sell better than the kindle fire.Overall I think they should release this in may as they planned and not cut the price and the build quality.

I like the specs I’ve seen for the 370T and am willing to pay $250 for it.16GB and 32GB sd card, high res display etc. I don’t like what I’ve heard about the Google Nexus with little on board storage and won’t buy it. With wifi only you wouldn’t be able to get to your information .

I hope they have plans to compete with both Amazon and Apple. It makes sense to compete with Amazon right now because they obviously want to expand their media sales business with Google Play…

But “Nexus” has always suggested “High End” to me. I would like to see them create a 10inch tablet to rival the iPad. Beat it on specs and beat it on price…stick Jelly Bean on it…I’d buy that.

There are pleanty of people wanting the 370t, but can’t get it. 250 for great specs and expandability make it a winner if it goes out tomorrow. Don’t makes us wait Google. Please!!!!!!
