These renderings look great. I really wish it had a body that looked like this one. However, they are not even close to what the SCH-I515 look like unfortunately. Maybe the GSM, but definitely, NOT the CDMA version. I’m not picky on aesthetics but, IMHO, it’s got a face that only a manufacturer could love.

This is a feature of ICS that I read about. People are worried over nothing. The capacitative buttons are holograms on the Prime. They disappear when you are viewing things like streaming videos. That is one the biggest features about ICS. It will allow the use of more screen real estate w/out lengthening cuz there’s no need for dedicated capacitive buttons on the face of a phone. They’ll pop up if needed, vanish when you don’t.

Too late Apple. I will own a 4 inch + (possibly) display Nexus Prime by the time the phone recently dubbed iPhone 5 gets released, and so will LOADS of other consumers. The next Apple announcement should have occurred yesterday. I will not wait until who knows when to get my hands on an iPhone 5 although I may have been swayed had it been released. Poor strategy on Apple’s part, very poor.

Over 15 months wait for the same phone? I’ll bet you’re dead chuffed!

AND ACTUALLY if you really wanna be put down the iphone 5 is now slated for a 2012 release and they actually just announced the iphone 4S. so while you apple assholes will wait for your fabled iphone 5. Suh!! So where’s iPhone 5? Apple prematurely announced an iPhone that cannot rival the ever-evolving Android ecosystem. Yet, they still tout it as revolutionary when every other Android handset have implemented more techs (NFC, cloud computing, OTA, +more) ever since it’s launch which advances themselves forward as next generation. They can’t compete .. they just like to file ludicrous, outlandish suits in court.

Have you heard of a device called a “blue tooth”? You dont have to hold the phone to your ears,you can use the device, and they also come in different size and shapes. You can pick one up that satifies your needs. Besides there’s still some small phones out there. If the Galaxy Note comes to VZW I would get it……and that’s because the screen size 5.3″

I think the decision in getting rid of them is to have a phone that doesn’t grow in overall size, as the capacitive buttons take up a lot of real estate. This way they can design a phone with a 4.5″+ screen that stays similar to the dimensions of a phone that has a 4.3″ screen.

This rendering of the Nexus 3 is slick, but the speaker at the top resembles the iPhones’. Apple might want to sue Samsung again cuz it looks so similar (ie. rounded edges). To continue the line of the Nexus series, it should mimic the One or the S at least. Or even the G1 or G2.
