Man that dedicated button for social network junkies is very amusing. Waiting for the chinese phones to sport all the buttons -- FB, Twitter, Google+, and maybe LinkedIn :))
Downside of such a form factor is a cramped screen...a slider would a better option - probably landscape or the old numberpad which uses T9 (to keep it slender width-wise), for us old folks who can type away without looking at the phone.

I have my grains of salt on standby...but this would still be greatness...IF they work ahead and have it Ice Cream Sandwich ready. Especially if it's really suppose to do without buttons. That Blackberry-like format won't make my nickels and dimes.

I already ordered my Nexus One and im getting it friday. If youre into smart phones you have to accept stuff like this. There will always be a better phone you cant afford at the moment. However the Nexus One is a very good place to start cause its still a very capable phone.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, GrabPenny.com

I prefer HTC over Samsung any day. The Nexus One was great. Nexus S, not so much. Hard to believe the N1 is already 2 and a half years old, yet I think it remains one of the most well designed smartphones I've ever tried. It had beautiful lines, great construction, soft-touch texture, a multi-color LED for notifications, and at the time, leading specs that were unmatched. Hell, even its noise suppression still outperforms current Motorola and Samsung phones. And the packaging was brilliant: white box, no picture, just "Nexus One" and the Google logo. Google can do so much better than the Nexus S.
