		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s pretty simple, market based change.  If you know manufacturer X puts out 20 new phones each but never updates their software, eventually people stop buying their phones and go to manufacturer Y who does.  It&#039;s one reason why HTC is committed to releasing fewer models so they can avoid customer confusion and do a better job keeping phones current.]]></description>
