I don’t mind. I mostly operate with a lot of 256color terminals running CLI apps on my computer. As long as they manage to incorporate the touch UI well enough, I’d be happy to use a phone that mimicked my desktop.

The only games I play on my phone are from Kairosoft, which look pretty 8bit to begin with.

If you want to stick with your argument, then all your games,apps,pictures should be in 8 bit.

Peed my pants at the way it froze before he blew on the cartridge.

I mean, do people even know how many nights I spent falling asleep to the piercing shrieks of people blowing on those things? It became an art form to really make it whistle.

I miss the simplicity of 8-bit. It represented a simpler time when happiness meant something completely different than it seems to today.

They should make this permanent. Looks better. Possibly less resource intensive as well.
