Google launches a new Chrome browser for iOS 7

With the launch of Apple's new iOS 7 operating system, Google has announced the launch of a new version of its Chrome browser specifically for users of the new Apple OS. Google says on the Chrome Blog that users will notice the new design for Chrome on iOS 7 including improvements to the full-screen experience for iPad users.

The updated Chrome browser makes it easier to switch between the browser and your favorite Google applications on your mobile device. Users can sign into Chrome on the iPhone or iPad and once signed in, the next time you open another Google app users will be able to login with one click. Additional accounts can be added or removed via Chrome settings..

The updated Chrome browser will also allow links from the browser to open directly in YouTube, Google Maps, Gmail, Google Drive and Google+ applications. Users can choose individual apps that they can launch from within Chrome via the Google Apps tab in settings.

The update also brings some improvements to voice search on Chrome for mobile users. The update allows users to string multiple voice searches together using pronouns to get results faster. An example is being able to craft a voice search such as, "Who is the president of the United States?" followed by "Where did he go to school?" This would bring a search return on Obama and list all of the schools he attended all the way back to elementary school.
