		<description><![CDATA[yeah, its really seems like most patents for tech companies these days are nothing more than some patent attorney sitting down with an engineer and coming up with anything and everything they can possibly think of, regardless it if is obvious, already done, or just a pipe dream.

software patents need to go the way of the dinosaurs--after all MS &amp; Apple were allowed to build their companies without threat of software patents.]]></description>
