		<description><![CDATA[Utah has this already. Its called the utopia network. We had fiberoptic directly into our house. There is a fiber backbone down the wasatch front. We paid for a parallel connection of 50mbps up and 50 down. They had the option to go over 100. 
I wonder if utopia has the same 1gbps capacity in theory. ]]></description>
