There’s still no rich text formatting. You edit text as if you were working on notepad.

Why is Google Docs on desktop showing that you can drag files to the collection? It doesn’t work.

What horsepuck!!! The only document you can create is a *.txt. What next? Are they going to offer Lotus 123 for spreadsheets (oh, wait! That’s exactly how useful Doc’s Spreadsheet is). This is speaking as a user of Google Docs on a Motorola Xoom, by-the-by.
