		<description><![CDATA[Makes sense to me... it is a security thing as well. I have no doubt that Google wants to make sure it gets its 30%, but this also means that you do not have to worry about some poorly written app sending credit card info unecrypted or giving it out to some scam payment service. I mean, I understand that PayPal should be fine in general, but this route goes around the possibility of anything going wrong that is outside Google&#039;s control. 
Would you trust a credit card reader in Walmart if it belonged to one of the employees there instead of Walmart?]]></description>
