		<description><![CDATA[strange that it was deemed illegal, and a violation of the wiretapping act for them to do this; when you and i do it all the time (unknowingly) by having your phone on wi-fi mode where it automatically searches for all wi-fi connections.  The only difference is that they are saving that data. so what.
they have actually not done anything illegal, even noted by the FCC.  They&#039;re being fined by not providing information fast enough, or cooperating in an investigation into acts that are deemed not illegal.  
They want it, then go subpoena it; government a-nards.
