Gigabyte have posted the official specifications page and user manual for their T1028 TouchNote netbook.  The convertible touchscreen netbook was announced at CeBIT 2009, and has a 10.1-inch 1042 x 600 LED backlit display as standard, an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz or N280 1.66Ghz processor and 1GB of RAM (max 2GB).

As expected, the Gigabyte T1028 TouchNote has HSDPA support via an integrated 3.5G module, together with WiFi b/g/n and optional WiMAX.  According to the manual a 1366 x 768 “HD” display will also be available as an option, though that’s not listed on the specs page.

The manual also covers everything from the T1028’s LEDs and indicators (including a 3.5G LED) to the location of the SIM card slot (behind the battery).  WiFi, Bluetooth and 3.5G can each be toggled on and off via Fn+Function key-presses; Gigabyte also include their Smart Manager app, which provides finger- or stylus-friendly buttons to switch on or off wireless, toggle screen rotation and the touchscreen, and adjust brightness.
