he says it suports 1280×800… shure its not 1280×768 ?

sorry to question that, but on the gigabyte website says onlly 1280×768 so now i’m confused… m912 and m912x difrent versions?

This is just what I want i’ve been looking for a small pc that has a big keyboad with Windows Vista . I thought the MSI Wind was the one because of the bigger keyboard but no window vista. too bad. but I’m loving this Gigabyte m912 touchscreen, tablet, option to upgrade inside, window vista and keyboard the right size
i know this is the one i found this video by mistake i was reading about the MSI Wind because the keyboard is big enough to type and ran on to this review

I think by “soft” touchscreen Chippy means a passive touch panel – where you can use any stylus (or finger) to press the screen. As opposed to a “hard” or active touch panel, which relies on a special pen (and usually has glass covering the display; you can also lean on it, since it doesn’t respond to general touch).

When you say soft touch screen, what does that mean? Ans what is the difference between hard touchscreen and a soft touchscreen? The unboxing was interesting, I am very interested in getting a netbook, and I think the convertible option is quite appealing.

Glad you found your way here, Gabriel, but I can’t take credit for the video – that’s Chippy from UMPC Portal, and what he doesn’t know about touchscreen devices isn’t worth knowing!

Why aren’t there more reviewers like you? I just found this site through Engadget’s link to this unboxing. I’m not even in the market for a netbook and I really enjoyed this video. Perhaps it’s the accent…
