Here's how to do the same thing for $0 per month, meaning for FREE!

-You need an Android phone, don't need to own one, just have access to one. Borrow a friend's if you don't have one, set it up then delete your Google Voice account info from the GV app and SIPdroid app
-You need an active Google Voice account.
-You need an ATA, same as you would with gHome.
-On a pc or Mac go to your GV account and enable calls to ring to GTalk.

-On Android, Download Google Voice app from Android Market, if not already installed
-Download Sipdroid app from Android Market.
-Sign into your GV account on GV app on Android Phone.
-Open Sipdroid. Look at the very bottom of the screen where it asks if you would like to create a pbxes.org account and associate it with your Google Voice account.
-Enter the email address associated with your GV account, if not already self populated. Enter your GV password as the password. Click yes or ok or enter or whatever it is.
-Give it a little while to create the account

-When its done, on a pc or mac go to www.pbxes.org After each save on pbxes.org, you have to click the red bar at the top of the screen to confirm the save. Do it for all the steps below.
-Sign in with the account info you entered on Sipdroid.
-Go to Extensions. You should already have an extension 200 there. This was created by Sipdroid when you created the account.
-Create a new SIP extension. Call it 300. Populate all the other blanks with the same info from ext 200.
-Now go to Ring Groups. Create a new Ring Group. Call it whatever you like. Have it ring both ext. 200 and 300.
-Go to Inbound Routing tab on pbxes.org. Under Set Destinations, select whatever you called the Ring Group you created, for all calls.
-Save
-Sign into pbxes.org ext. 300 on your home ATA
-The end. Delete your GV info from the apps on the Android if you borrowed it.

Now all calls to your GV number will ring GTalk, the Sipdroid app, and the ATA. You can make free outbound calls to all US and Canada for free from any of the 3, too.

Create extra extensions for any other Sip Client you have, ex. iphone SIP apps, etc. Just modify the Ring Groups to include all new extensions too.
