Geek builds tablet from old MacBook

What do you do if you have an old MacBook sitting around that was damaged when the battery went super nova? You take that broken down old Mac and you turn it into a tablet if you are a geek going by the handle Enigma-penguin. The MacBook was a Core 2 Duo unit from 2007.

The builder took the Mac apart and the rebuilt it as a tablet using a touchscreen that he somehow wedged between the LCD and bezel. The bezel of the screen didn't have to be flipped around either making for a very slick and tidy package.

The thing isn't quite finished with a black cable running from inside the case to a USB port on the outside for the touchscreen. The builder plans to move that cable inside the machine. You can see the thing in action in the video below.
