Garmin unveils new GPS for riders at CES with cool features

I did my share of dirt bike riding back in the day but I never trusted the other drivers on the road enough to venture onto the highways. If you are a motorcyclist that likes taking long trips on your bike Garmin has unveiled a new navigation device just for you called the zumo 665.

The device is packed with features and is rugged and water resistant to IPX 7 standards. The device includes a GXM 40 XM antenna that not only allows you to get a subscription to XM satellite entertainment, but also allows the rider access to the XM NavTraffic and NavWeather services.

The device features a 4.3-inch touchscreen that is glove friendly and the PND comes loaded with maps of the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Turn-by-turn driving direction and music can be sent to a headset inside the riders helmet via Bluetooth with A2DP support. The zumo 665 will ship in Q1 for $999.99.
