they buy screens from Samsung too. For a while, there were speculation that the new ipad screens were being provided samsung only due to yield issues by the other manufacturers

Dude, your N9 is the best? I don’t think so unfortunately. I own one too, in addition to a Note and an S2 and although the N9 is an elegant beauty, in terms of power,and functionality there is just absolutely no contest. Not to mention that the speaker and the highly touted camera are both inferior to Samsung’s devices. Still I carry it around because it is pretty.

Apple also uses Samsung for their retina screens. You’re really buying a Samsung device with iPhones and iPads with an Apple OS.

Galaxy SIII should be a Beast, Specs that should make any Nerd goo goo eyed, I can see geeks slobbering trying to explain to the common man how awesome the S III will be, Let me help the little propeller heads explain to the less knowledgeable.
The Graphics on the S II will be able to display the 2 available hi res apps spectacularly.
The Combination of increased processing speed, combined with the new display and 4G the battery life on this lil jewel should top out somewhere close to 42 minutes.
Should come with IceCreamSandwich as the OS, which means good luck with any of the peripheral ports working without being rooted and last but not least signing a 2 year contract on a Android device is equivalent to being a Chicago Cubs fan, you can keep hoping for a winner but deep down you know by 20 games into the season you will have another LOSER!!!!

The iphone is a very basic system. Apple will not add stuff like widgets or alternative key boards as it cannot handle it.
Scrolling the main screen only works on an i device as they just use a picture where as Android devices can handle widgets and live back grounds.
You sound just like one of those animals that eats grass and gets shaun every year to make jumpers.

Samsung really knows how to make their chipsets.
Why else would Apple choose Samsung for their chips even after all those lawsuits.

But would have preferred Exynos 5 series though. (with mali T604) ! :)
