This kind of behavior really makes me glad I have an Android and sours me heavily on Apple products. Apple is great at marketing and spin, great at aesthetic design. Especially now without Jobs, their ability to innovate is at an all time low, so their plan is to sue their competition into oblivion rather than coming up with a better product and having to compete for market share.

Once upon a time, Microsoft was declared non-competitive for the simple act of including a default web browser in Windows which didn't prevent people from using other browsers (which aren't even a monetized product!). Now courts seem to be helping Apple enforce a would-be monopoly on handhelds. How times change.

Flor Bogs.... you need to get a grip buddy! Lets face it the company your trying to stand up for can't handle the heat of competition. Apple has a history of copying others ideas, just like any other tech company out there.

This is a travesty of epic proportions!! How can the courts be against Apple in this instance? Apple is the most innovative company on the face of the earth and constantly creates products that change the way we live. The Galaxy Nexus is a blatant copy of the iPhone. It has capacitive-touchscreen, headphone jack, rear camera, front-facing camera, dual-core processor, battery, and ability to connect to Wi-fi - THINGS THAT THE IPHONE HAS!!!! When will people finally see that Apple is changing our lives with above-mentioned capabilities and others? Apple's next iPhone will feature 4G LTE. Watch every other company use 4G LTE on their smartphones as well. Always copying Apple when Apple does EVERYTHING first.
