Fujifilm FinePix 2010 digicam range outed

PMA 2010 is almost upon us, and Fujifilm are celebrating the annual photography expo by launching over a dozen new models in one fell swoop.  The cameras range from a sub-$100 12-megapixel point and shoot, the Fujifilm FinePix AV100, and climb all the way to the megazoom FinePix HS10 with 1080p, 1,000fps Super High Speed movie mode and $499.95 price tag.  More details after the cut.Fujifilm FinePix A-Series

The FinePix AV100 and AX200 will ship in March and February 2010, respectively, at $99.95 and $109.95.  Each has a 12-megapixel sensor with 3x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch LCD display and 720p HD video recording.  Power is from regular AA batteries, and the company will also happily sell you an HD Player Kit with a remote control and HD Card Reader that plugs into your HDTV.

Fujifilm FinePix J-Series

The FinePix J-Series is Fujifilm's mainstream point-and-shoot range, and consists of the JV100 ($129.95), JX250 ($159.95), JZ300 ($199.95) and JZ500 ($249.95).  All have a 2.7-inch LCD and 720p HD video recording, along with tracking autofocus and face detection.  The JV100 and JZ300 both have 12-megapixel sensors (with 3x and 10x zoom, respectively), while the JX250 and JZ500 have 14-megapixel sensors (with 5x and 10x zoom, respectively).

Fujifilm FinePix XP-Series

The XP-Series is Fujifilm's rugged range, and consists of the XP10, a waterproof, freezeproof, shockproof and dustproof 12-megapixel shooter with 5x optical zoom and 2.7-inch high-contrast LCD.  It'll arrive in February 2010 for $199.95 and measures 21.7mm thick.

Fujifilm FinePix Z-Series

Fujifilm have two new Z-Series cameras, the FinePix Z70 ($149.95) and the FinePix Z700EXR ($279.95).  Both have 12-megapixel sensors, 5x optical zooms and 720p HD video recording, with the Z70 getting a 2.7-inch LCD and the Z700EXR a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD. Each have easy upload to various online photo and video sharing sites.

Fujifilm FinePix F-Series

The FinePix F-Series gets the new F80EXR ($299.95) in April 2010, another 12-megapixel camera with 3.0-inch LCD and 10x optical zoom.  It too can capture 720p HD video and has face recognition for up to eight people, together with dual-stabilization.

Fujifilm FinePix S-Series

The S-Series gets the new FinePix S1800 and S2550HD, each super-zoomers with 18x optical zooms, 12-megapixel sensors and 3.0-inch LCDs.  Both can capture 720p HD video (the S2550HD gets a mini-HDMI port, too), they have dual image stabiliaztion and face detection.  The S1800 will arrive in February at $299.95, the S2550HD following on in March for $249.95.

Fujifilm FinePix H-Series

If huge zooms are your thing, the FinePix HS10 packs a 30x optical zoom with triple image stabilization and 1080p HD video recording (complete with a mini-HDMI output).  It can shoot seven sequential shots at 10fps, or use that speedy shooting skill to capture five shots and combine them to remove subject motion.  The HS10 captures in JPEG and RAW, has a 3-inch tilting LCD and electronic viewfinder, and will arrive in April 2010 for $499.95.
