Do you like getting free stuff? Don’t we all? But if you’re one that enjoys giving more than receiving, we’ve got the right product for you. The WiFi Liberator allows a computer that is connected to a private network to share that internet connection with others in the area. This is part of an ongoing project that is fighting companies that pay relatively minimal fees to provide internet, while charging users high prices because they know they will pay.

The project mostly targets major hubs like airports and coffee shops where at any time there are large numbers of people with time to kill. It is usually these places where people are sometimes forced to stay for large periods of time (namely airports), so they’ll fork over the cash to connect with the rest of the world. So if you’re feeling like a modern-day Robin Hood, check out the WiFi Liberator.
