That is terrible...I'm still on a home telephone line. haha Never used VoIP myself.

I have a vonage line, and it works just fine & dandy. I would never get rid of it!!
I've got Insight cable and I use their VoIP service. It's been fine except when faxing, for some reason it never seems to work right.
