My dream HD system is evergrowing and now includes, HD-DVD A2, PS3 , HD Cable Settop Box, and the Apple TV. All use the latest HDMI connection to take advantage of the all digital transmission of HDMI. THe sources have to be connected to the HDTV via a 5x1 HDMI switch.
This allows quick selection of HD sources without disconnecting the HDMI cable, because the HDTV only has 2 HDMI inputs. Edited by: orlando

Yeah, I noticed that, mine only has 2 HDMI inputs too
However, I don't use HDMI... 360 doesn't use it, neither does my television provider.

or if you want a much less expensive 5x1 HDMI switch, check out the one at MonoPrice...

you could get a stereo receiver with additional HDMI inputs, those are usually powered and dont degrade the signal.
Denon has several great receivers, but you could go a lot cheaper and still get decent sound and video.
