I recently ordered two of the Fin devices as a new member. We received one Heat device in the mail instead. So naturally, I call costumer service to try and correct this mistake.
4 hours later, I've been transfered all over the place, sent in 3 emails, and disconnected at least 4 times with absolutely nothing resolved.
While waiting on hold looking for Helio reviews and phone numbers I stumbled across this forum and lucky me, someone had posted the corporate office phone number.
I just wanted to share it with you, because once we called this number our problem was solved immediately and we will be getting the correct phones tomorrow.
