Oh, lord don't get me started but let me just say that Cingular totally ticked me off today and is seriously making me look for a new provider once my contract expires early next year.

After my goo experience with being able to find the corporate managements contact addresses for both Cricket Communications and AOL I thought I would take a stab at Cingular.

Well I did find them and told them my whole problem, so I'm hoping that by early tomorrow or tomorrow night I will have a full response from someone on the team (I sent it to everyone on the board) and be able to get it corrected.

We switched to AT&T (cingular) due to iPhone. So far the only problem i have is CSR phone holding time, i was once hold for 45 minutes. Other than that everything seems to be fine.

Yea, we got the shipping thing handled I just got ahold with Corporate Management they made sure it was fixed and shipped out correctly.

Yea, CSR can be WAY to long. I think they could do something about it but now I just forward it to someone that does the upper escalations and they usually handle it.

They aren't allowed to tell me anything over email though they have to say it on the phone for some reason, probably the wierd security issues.

One thing from experience you can do if you get really unhappy is just to call the cancellation line they will usually do anything to get you to stay. As they get money for each person that doesn't cancel.
