There must be appropriate grounds for firing, yes leaking company info is one of them. But you can't fire a employee if you don't like them, it's not like that (at least not in canada) and USA is even worse for crazy sueings...

Employee laws are crazy, you need very specific grounds to be able to fire someone.

Because then if you don't have them you just want them gone, if thats not in the contract... you get stuff like "You fired me because I'm indian" or "because im asian" all that racist ********. Nobody wants that.

Or you get like "You fired me because I wouldn't do -enter inappropriate act-" just making stuff up to see how much cash/revenge they can get.

It's silly.
